Persimmon cubic ice cream

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]

・Ripe persimmons: 2

・Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

・Honey: 2 teaspoons

・Brandy: a dash


[Instructions]

1. Peel the persimmons, remove the seeds, and chop them roughly. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture from step 1 into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Once frozen, remove from the ice cube tray and serve in a dish. 
(Hint: The preparation time does not include the freezing time.)
