Burdock and meat mixed rice

 


[Ingredients for 2 people]


- 2 bowls of freshly cooked rice


- 1/4 burdock root


- 100g minced meat


- 1 teaspoon sesame oil


<Seasonings>


- 1 teaspoon sugar


- 2 teaspoons soy sauce


- 1 teaspoon sake


[Preparation]


- Wash the burdock root with a scrubbing brush, shred it, place it in water, and drain. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.


[Directions]


1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the burdock root and meat.

2. Once the meat has changed color, add the <Seasonings> ingredients and stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated.

3. Mix (2) with the rice and serve in a bowl.
