Rice cooked with maitake mushrooms

 


[Ingredients]


・2 cups of rice


・1 pack of maitake mushrooms


・1 king oyster mushroom


・3 slices of bacon


・Parsley, to taste


・Homemade pasta oil sauce: 6 tablespoons of soy sauce and pepper


[Directions]


(1) Rinse the rice and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain in a colander.


(2) Separate the maitake mushrooms into small florets. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise and thinly slice them lengthwise. Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.


(3) Shake (1) and the oil sauce thoroughly and add them to a rice cooker. Add water up to the 2-cup mark and mix lightly. Add (2) and continue cooking.


(4) Once cooked, serve in a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
