Ingredients
・ 1 can of miso-braised mackerel (can be boiled in water)
・ 2 potatoes
・ 1 carrot
・ 1 onion
・ 1 tablespoon curry powder
・ 150cc water
・ 2 tablespoons sake
・ 1/2 tablespoon sugar
・ 1 tablespoon dashi soy sauce
How to cook
1. Chop the potatoes and onions to your liking (large pieces are recommended).
Slice the carrots into rounds and cut in half.
2. Heat oil in a pot and fry the potatoes, onions, and carrots. When the potatoes and onions are slightly translucent, add the whole can of mackerel and mix.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Once cooked through, it's ready.
