Ingredients:
200g pumpkin
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fried chicken flour (powder type)
6 tablespoons salad oil
Directions:
1. Thinly slice the pumpkin.
2. Place 1 and mayonnaise in a plastic bag and mix well. Leave for 20 minutes, then add the fried chicken flour and coat evenly.
3. Add salad oil to a frying pan over medium heat and place 2 on top. Fry until golden brown on both sides and you're done!
