Enoki mushroom wrapped in ham

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Enoki mushrooms: 1 bunch (200g)

Sliced ​​ham: 8 slices

Butter: 10g

Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons


Instructions:



① Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into 8 equal parts.

② Wrap each part of the enoki mushrooms with a slice of ham and secure with a toothpick.

③ Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the wrapped mushrooms in the pan, and cook until the enoki mushrooms are tender. Add the soy sauce and coat everything evenly. Done!
