Bunashimeji mushroom and bacon peperoni

 


Ingredients

・Bunashimeji mushrooms...200g

・Half bacon...4 slices

・Olive oil...1 tablespoon

・Dried coarsely ground garlic...1 teaspoon

・Chicken chili...1

・A. Lemon juice...1/2 tablespoon

・A. Dried parsley...1 teaspoon

・A. Grated cheese...1 tablespoon

Directions

1. Remove the stems from the bunashimeji mushrooms and separate them.

2. Thinly slice the bacon.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add all ingredients except A. and stir-fry.
4. Add A., mix, and you're done.
