Ingredients:
2 bell peppers
150g rice
60g curry (pre-packaged curry is fine)
20g pizza cheese
1 teaspoon butter
[A] Salt to taste
[A] Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
2. Combine the rice, curry, and [A] in a bowl and mix well. Pack tightly into [A].
3. Add butter to a frying pan and heat over low heat. Add [A], cover, and steam for about 5 minutes. Add the pizza cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
